LBH Studio Policies Booking & Deposit • To reserve your appointment, a $30 non-refundable deposit is required. This amount will go toward your service total. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid New Deposit • Last-minute ( day of ) cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Running Late • We allow a 10-15 minute grace period for FULL SETS ONLY After 15 minutes, if you still wish to proceed with your appointment their will be a $5 charge to your session and I will only be able to lash you for the remaining of your session • We allow a 10 minute grace period for REFILLS ONLY. • Please let us know if you’re running late! ( update : I will still take you in if you are running late. Keep in mind your set will not be lashed 100%. I will do my best to refill your set with the time left available. If you choose to reschedule a new deposit will be required ). Refill Requirements • To qualify for a refill, at least 40% of your lash extensions must still be intact. • If less, we’ll need to schedule a full set instead. Fills Over Other Work • For quality and consistency, we do not fill over work done by another artist. • A removal and full new set will be required. Aftercare Commitment • Taking care of your lashes is key to keeping them full and beautiful! • Aftercare instructions will be provided and are important for the best results. Feeling Unwell? • If you’re feeling sick, we kindly ask that you reschedule. • Your health and the health of others is always a priority. Guests & Children • To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, we kindly ask that no guests or children accompany you to your appointment. But please don’t hesitate to ask your lash artist if you have no other option - we are accommodating. Photography Consent • We love celebrating beautiful lash work! • By booking, you agree to allow LBH Studio to take photos/videos for promotional purposes (focused on your lashes only).
